GOOD NEWS, MINT!

I was finally able to fix the HUGGABLE HEART PILLOW problem. It wasn’t with your room. Somehow, the room artwork file for the pillow had
gotten wiped out, so the heart wouldn’t show up in the room.

If you notice there are hearts in your lower left bedroom just behind the flat screen TV. You should be able to move them around and save them in your room now or send them to your closet.

WHEW! I’m gonna give you some extra Petros and AU BUX to make up for the 214 Hearts I removed. You can get more if you want them. : )

Okay, Mint…

Here’s what I did to try to solve this issue. First, I removed your 217 Huggable Heart pillows. They were in your Mini Storage, but I know they wouldn’t show up in the Closet for you. I’m not sure why, but that is A LOT of objects.

Next, I gave you 5 Huggable Heart Pillows. Supposedly, they are in your Main room, maybe behind something, because I don’t see them in a room. Do you remember which was your Main Room? Maybe you can move things around in there and find your pillow.

If you don’t see pillows in your Main Room, then try doing the OPEN CLOSET and maybe they are there. If you can’t find the pillow anywhere, please
let me know. I’ll be happy to compensate you for giving up some pillows, but first let’s see if you can find and use these 5. It’s crazzzzzy!

Here’s what I found: You have 2 MEW Lavalieres in your Bookbag. There was a glitch that sent these into oblivion so thanks for finding it.

Next, you have 217 Huggable Heart Pillows in your Closet! : )

Can you try clicking on a room, clicking OPEN CLOSET and click the arrow next to one on the list and see if it puts it in the room for you? I’d just like to do that experiment, to make sure your room is functioning properly. Please let me know if it works or not. If it doesn’t, I’ll wipe out all your pillows and give you new ones. I’d just like to see…

Also, I’m refunding you some AUBux you spent on the Lavaliere. : )

Hey Mint,

Yesterday, I gave you a new Nightsky Ceiling, new Two Tone Pink Wall and new Eau de Perfume. I hoped giving you new objects might help solve the problem.

I did check and the Perfume is not an object than can show up in the room.

Also, just in case you really have forgotten how to manage the rooms, remember, if you click the MANAGE ROOM button, you can move objects in front of or behind other objects in the rooms by using the double up or double down arrows next to those items on the drop down list. I think doing that could have helped you move the Pink Wall in front of the Nightsky…

Also, when you want to move an object to a different room, first you send it to the CLOSET by clicking MANAGE ROOM and clicking the circle with the arrow" next to it on the list. Then go to the desired room and click the OPEN CLOSET button and click the circle with the arrow next to the item. That should put it in that room. Remeber to click SAVE. If your item doesn’t show up, or covers something you want to see, use your MANAGE ROOM button and the double up or double down buttons to move objects in front of or behind other objects.

I hope this helps. I can’t actually move stuff in your room, only you or the Big Dogs could do that. If you still have problems, maybe we could make an appointment with each other to be on at the same time and we could walk through it together. : )
