We just had our 3rd brush fire that is lasting longer then the others. It started at around 11am Pacific Times, and is still going on.

Like I said in a earlier post, we are currently in the worst drought in 500 years and having these fires isn’t helping the city with the little amount of water we already have.

We are also currently going into a huge heat wave next week which will make the fires worst, as well as some of the winds we have been having..

Hey AU!

I am apart of the Canine Club at my High School, and we are making teams to help raise money for a nearby no-kill shelter who has rescued and helped so many animals. My team has a goal of $1,000 and I hope to meet our quota before October 4th. You can donate anything your heart desires, from $5-$1,000.

Please help this cause. There are so many animals out there that need your help, and $5 can go a long way to an animal in need.

I was wondering if anyone could pray for Anaheim, CA. We are currently in the worst drought in 500 years and in the past couple days had to deal with brush fires. If the wind catches the brush fire then they turn into wild fires that start destroying neighborhoods and shops. We don’t have fall, it’s considered Fire Season here, and it is starting early.

9/10/14 at 9:26pm Pacific Times:

Tonight families went to sleep with the last night with their cherished ones. Not knowing that their world would be turned upside down. The had no idea what the next day had in store, and were just hoping for a regular day.

But all of that changed as soon as the Twin Towers were attack on September 11, 2001 at 8:45am EST time. That was only the first, and no much later the 2nd was attacked. At 11:26am EST, the Pentagon was also hit. Those families suffered great losses in such a tragic way.

13 years ago those families lives were turned upside down. Not just those families that have endured a lot in such a short time, but the United States did as well.

I went there 4 years later, and just seeing the burnt area where the Twin Towers were was a horrible site for an 8 year old to see. It was 100% worse for those families that lost a loved one, and saw it first hand.

My prayers and condolences go out to those families who have to look back on September 11 as the day they lost their loved ones. In memory of all of those that were killed in the attack. You will always be remembered.

Please pay your respects to the fallen citizens in a terrorist attack!

Could everyone please pray for Napa Valley, California? They just had a 6.0 Earth Quake which has destroyed buildings and caused panic for the people living there.

I know a lot of people have never been in an earth quake, but I have grown up with them. They are not fun and even the small ones can make stuff fall off shelves and break. A 6.0 earth quake is really intense and thankfully there was no fires started from it. Sadly, 120 people were injured and 3 people are in critical care right now.
